The Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles arm of German automotive manufacturer Volkswagen has extended its partnership with Hannover 96, which plays in the country’s Bundesliga top-tier football club competition.
The deal will run for three years, from the 2015-16 season through to the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
Under the agreement, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles will retain its role as the club’s exclusive automotive partner.
Volkswagen and Hannover 96 will also continue to work together on a number of supporter and community initiatives.
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles first began its support of Hannover 96 in 2007.
