Goodwood Festival signs Unibet partnership

Betting operator Unibet has signed a three-year partnership with Goodwood Racecourse, granting it exclusive ownership and naming rights to feature races across the Goodwood Festival week.

The deal runs until 2021 and includes the Stewards’ Cup, Golden Mile and Nursery Stakes races at the Chichester racecourse.

As the Official Betting Partner of the festival, Unibet will present the live Stewards’ Cup draw on August 1, while it will share content stories from its ambassadors and receive on- and off-course brand exposure.

The 2019 Unibet Stewards’ Cup will be run for £250,000 (€289,000/$327,000), with the Unibet Golden Mile feature to be worth £150,000.

This year’s Goodwood Festival runs from July 30 to August 3.
