Gillette scrums down with the Lions

Personal care brand Gillette has signed on as an official sponsor of the British & Irish Lions rugby union team’s 2017 tour of New Zealand.

Consumer competitions will be organised in all major retailers across the UK to promote the partnership, with fans to be given the chance to win match tickets.

The Lions’ tour begins on June 3 with a game against a Provincial Union side. The tour concludes on July 8 with the third match against defending world champion New Zealand.

Gillette joins Standard Life Investments, Canterbury, QBE, Land Rover, Qantas, EY, Mud House, Thomas Pink, Robert Walters and Rhino as official team sponsors.
