Football League rustles up Ginsters partnership

UK-based pastry products manufacturer Ginsters has entered into a partnership with the English Football League, the body that governs the three divisions immediately below the top-tier Premier League.

The deal will run for three seasons, from 2016-17 to 2018-19.

Under the agreement, Ginsters will serve as an official partner of the EFL. The company will run a series of fan initiatives and competitions, such as the chance to win cash prizes, match tickets, season tickets and VIP experiences.

Ginsters will offer a total of 2,500 tickets for matches across the Championship, League One and League Two during the 2016-17 season, which begins on August 5.
