Multi-sector technology company Dominion has agreed a title sponsorship deal with Spanish Liga ACB basketball team Bilbao Basket.
The partnership is for the remainder of the 2014-15 Liga ACB season and the duration of the 2015-16 campaign.
Full financial terms were not disclosed, although the 2014-15 portion of the sponsorship will be worth €800,000 ($846,000) to Bilbao Basket – part of a new business development plan that the club hopes will increase income by 25 per cent this year and ease its recent financial worries.
Dominion was founded in Bilbao in 1999 and now operates in 28 countries worldwide. Under the deal, the club will be known as Dominion Bilbao Basket.
