Denmark drinks to extended Carlsberg partnership

Danish brewery Carlsberg has extended its partnership with the Danish Football Association (DBU).

Although terms of the deal were not disclosed, it was confirmed that Carlsberg will continue to serve as an official partner to the Danish national team until the Uefa European Championship in 2020.

In addition, Carlsberg will support the DBU with its ‘mood pool’ initiative, which measures the satisfaction of supporters after national team matches.

Carlsberg is a long-term partner of the DBU, having begun its association with the national governing body in 1978.

Denmark faces Armenia tomorrow (Saturday) in its first qualification game for the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia.
