Threading solutions provider Völkel has agreed a deal to become the new main sponsor of German Ice Hockey League (DEL) team Düsseldorfer EG.
The agreement will run for three seasons, from 2015-16 through to the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
Under the deal, Völkel will serve as the main sponsor of the club and benefit from branding placement on the front of Düsseldorfer’s playing jerseys.
Völkel will also have a branding presence on the ice, television advertising bands and LED boards inside the team’s ISS Dome home arena.
