The Danish Football Union (DBU) has expressed its frustration after it was clarified that a new marketing law will mean it cannot jointly display the branding of sponsors Arbejdernes Landsbank and Oddset.
The law came into effect on July 1, but the DBU had queried the impact it would have on its deals with Arbejdernes Landsbank, a financial services group, and Oddset, a betting brand of majority state-owned lottery operator Danske Spil.
