Telecommunications company CVMóvel has agreed to extend its sponsorship deal with the Cape Verde Football Federation (FCF) for an additional three years, from 2013-14 to 2015-16.
CVMóvel, a subsidiary of telecommunications provider Portugal Telecom, will support the FCF’s training and development programmes for six to 14-year-olds.
Cape Verde’s national team reached the quarter-finals of the African Cup of Nations for the first time in its history earlier this year.
