Mexican lager brand Corona Extra has become the official beer sponsor of the clash between boxer Floyd Mayweather and mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor.
At the event, which takes place this Saturday, Corona’s branding will be integrated in and around the ring at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The lager’s logo will feature prominently on the centre of the mat, as well as on the pay-per-view telecast and as part of the official weigh-in.
Corona also recently released its fourth annual limited-edition boxing-themed bottles featuring four former fighters and two current boxers. The bottles will be available in selected markets through October 1.
