Betting company Coral has been named title sponsor of the 2016 edition of snooker’s Shoot-Out competition.
The tournament, which takes place at The Hexagon in Reading, England from February 12-14, will take on the official title of the Coral Shoot-Out.
The 64-man knockout competition will feature current world No.2 Stuart Bingham (pictured)among other household names.
Nicola McGeady, Coral PR manager, said: “Snooker has evolved and modernised over the last few years and the Shoot-Out has become one of the most exciting events on the calendar since it started in 2011.
“Together, the Shoot-Out and Coral make a very good fit indeed. Last year we were proud sponsors of the UK Championship, and by supporting the Shoot-Out, we are continuing to show our commitment to the sport.”
Wales’ Michael White is the defending Shoot-Out champion, having beaten Xiao Guodong of China in last year’s final.
