Coca-Cola gets behind Toronto’s Pan American Games

Soft drinks giant Coca-Cola has reached an agreement to become the official supplier of non-alcoholic beverages to the Toronto 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Games multi-sport event.

Coca-Cola will supply its range of soft drinks, waters, juices and sports drinks to venues across the event, including the Pan Am/Parapan Athletes’ Village.

As a partner of the Olympic Games since 1928, Coca-Cola supported the Montreal Games in 1976 and the 1988 and 2010 winter Games at Calgary and Vancouver respectively. It also sponsored the 1999 Pan Am Games in Winnipeg.

Coca-Cola is a supporter of all 204 National Olympic Committees and therefore partners each of the national teams from the Americas and Caribbean that will be taking part at Toronto 2015.

It joins previously announced members of the Toronto 2015 sponsor family, including lead partner CIBC, premier partners Chevrolet Canada, Cisco and Loblaw Companies, opening ceremony creative partner Cirque du Soleil and official suppliers Beanfield Metroconnect, Pattison Outdoor Advertising, Fuse Marketing Group, McKesson Canada, Royal Canadian Mint and Toron.
