American Airlines has agreed a deal to become a corporate sponsor of the Los Angeles Clippers NBA basketball franchise.
Under the multi-year deal, the American Airlines logo will appear on-court at the Clippers’ Staples Center home arena.
American Airlines will also receive branding exposure at the venue on the video board and LED courtside signage, as well as in-arena activations and digital and broadcast features.
The airline will become the presenting sponsor of the team’s ‘Clippers Weekly’ broadcast on Prime Ticket.
In addition, American Airlines and the Clippers will host a joint contest to give fans the chance to win tickets to see the team play the Dallas Mavericks on March 13. The prize also includes travel and accommodation.
