CHL turns up the heat with new partner

The Canadian Hockey League (CHL), which oversees the organisation of the world’s largest development ice hockey competitions, has agreed a three-year partnership with heating and cooling products manufacturer Lennox.

Under the terms of the deal, Lennox will become the CHL’s official heating and cooling partner across the 2015-16 to 2017-18 seasons.

As part of the deal, Lennox will be involved in such tournaments as the CHL Canada/Russia series, the CHL/NHL Top Prospects game and the Memorial Cup.

The company will also be promoted during the national broadcasting of CHL fixtures on Friday nights and Sunday afternoons.

CHL president David Branch said: “Lennox’s commitment to building strong relationships with the communities throughout our country is a value shared by the CHL.”
