Sportswear company Canterbury has signed on for a further four years as the apparel sponsor of the Queensland rugby league team, which competes in Australia’s annual State of Origin series.
Along with manufacturing the team’s kit, Canterbury will continue to enjoy branding exposure on the front of the shirt alongside main sponsor, insurance group AAMI, and beer brand XXXX.
Queensland is the reigning State of Origin champion after defeating New South Wales 2-1 in this year’s series, which was held in June and July.
The extension of Canterbury’s deal was agreed with Queensland Rugby League.
