Botafogo renews with Brazilian battery brand Baterax

Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Botafogo has renewed its partnership with automotive battery brand Baterax.

As part of the deal, Baterax will continue to get brand exposure on the back of Botafogo’s shorts for one more year.

The new agreement covers all tournaments and fixtures to be played during the 2019 season.

Baterax will also get LED time at Botafogo’s stadium, the Estádio Olímpico Nilton Santos, and TV-visible branding at club press conferences.

Eduardo Guilherme, sales director at Baterax, said: “We felt that our marketing investment in the club this season was very positive, and as the club has proved to be such an excellent partner, we decided to renew our contract with Botafogo for 2019.”

The deal was negotiated by Wolff Sports agency.
