Bombardier gets behind Stroll’s F1 debut with Williams partnership

British Formula One motor racing team Williams has partnered with Canadian aerospace and transportation company Bombardier.

The firm’s Bombardier Business Aircraft division will join Williams for the 2017 season in support of Lance Stroll, a Canadian driver who is preparing to make his debut in Formula One.

The 18-year-old’s helmet will feature Bombardier branding as a part of the agreement, while the firm’s logo will also be present throughout the team’s garage area.

The Formula One season is set to begin on March 26 in Melbourne, Australia.

“This partnership provides Bombardier Business Aircraft a unique opportunity to reach new customers on a global scale,” Bombardier Business Aircraft marketing vice-president, Peter Likoray, said.
