Bojangles serves up Atlantic Coast Conference partnership

American collegiate athletics body the Atlantic Coast Conference has agreed a partnership with restaurant operator and franchisor Bojangles.

The chain will become the ACC’s exclusive chicken, biscuits and iced tea provider and has also been named as an official corporate champion. The length of the deal was not disclosed.

The ACC has 15 college members and oversees sports including basketball, baseball, American football and soccer.

As part of the agreement, Bojangles will receive extensive television coverage through the ACC’s basketball and American football events.

Further promotional opportunities will arise through the deal, with Bojangles set to receive on-site marketing and brand exposure through the ACC’s official website.

Bojangles joins the roster of official corporate champions of the ACC that includes Food Lion, Geico, Havoline, New York Life and Toyota.
