The Boat Race Company has sealed a new partnership with UK brewer Adnams Southwold.
Adnams will be the official beer partner of the company’s BNY Mellon Boat Races in the UK for the next six years, from 2016 to 2021.
“The Races are a firm favourite on the calendar and in many ways signifies the first big day out in London after the winter,” Adnams chief executive Andy Wood said. “We look forward to working with the Boat Races for the next few years and are proud to associate Adnams with this national and internationally famous event.”
The Boat Race Company’s executive director, David Searle, added: “It is exciting to think of how much we will achieve over the next six years.”
