Online casino and sportsbook operator BetVictor has agreed a new one-year deal to retain its title sponsorship of the 2014 Welsh Open professional ranking snooker tournament.
Under the deal, the event will continue to be known as the BetVictor Welsh Open. BetVictor also served as title sponsor of the 2013 tournament.
Magnus Grinneback, BetVictor Asia’s managing director, said that the company regards the event as an “excellent opportunity to extend the reach of the BetVictor brand to our core markets”.
The 2014 edition of the event will take place from February 19 to March 2 at the Newport Centre, Wales.
