Azimut invests in Cagliari’s Coppa campaign

Italian Serie A football club Cagliari has agreed a shirt sponsorship deal with asset management group Azimut.

The Italian company partnered Cagliari last season and will have its logo emblazoned across the back of its shirt during the club’s 2016-17 campaign in the Coppa Italia knockout competition.

Furniture company Eva Arredamenti holds the equivalent rights to games in Serie A.

Cagliari last season secured an immediate return to Serie A following relegation to the second-tier Serie B in 2014-15. It will open its new campaign with a trip to Genoa on Sunday.
