AWS upgrades and expands Formula 1 sponsorship

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has stepped up its association with Formula 1 by renewing and expanding its deal with the motor-racing championship to become a global partner.

The IT service management subsidiary of Amazon has been associated with F1 since 2018, initially as the official cloud and machine learning provider. AWS has most recently acted as a second-tier official partner but its new deal, brokered by the CAA Sports agency, will see it become a global partner alongside Rolex, DHL, Aramco, Pirelli, Emirates, Heineken, Crypto.com, MSC Cruises and Salesforce.
