Aviva serves up long-term Tennis Canada deal

The Canadian division of insurance giant Aviva has agreed a multi-year partnership with Tennis Canada.

Under a 10-year deal, which will run until the end of 2025, Aviva has taken on the naming rights to the tennis centre at York University in Toronto, and has become the official platinum and insurance sponsor of the Rogers Cup men’s ATP World Tour and Women’s Tennis Association Tour event.

The newly named Aviva Centre will host the women’s tournament at this year’s Rogers Cup, with the men’s event taking place at Uniprix Stadium, Montreal.

Additionally, Aviva has secured a multi-year endorsement deal with Canada’s WTA tennis star Genie Bouchard (pictured). The financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
