Austrian F1 Grand Prix signs up new title sponsor

Eyetime, a social life application, has agreed a deal to become the new title sponsor of the Austrian leg of the Formula One motor-racing world championship.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but it was confirmed that the deal will be in place for this year’s event.

The 2018 Austrian Grand Prix runs from June 30 to July 2 at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg.

Sean Bratches, managing director of commercial operations at Formula One, said: “With its hi-tech and innovative approach to the world of digital communication, Eyetime perfectly matches with our vision of the pinnacle of motorsport and with our aim to connect the sport with the younger generations.”
