Soft drinks giant Coca-Cola has extended its long-running partnership with Major League Baseball franchise the Atlanta Braves.
Under the multi-year renewal, Coca-Cola will continue to serve as the Braves’ non-alcoholic beverage partner.
The company will receive extensive advertising exposure at the Braves’ future home stadium, SunTrust Park, and at the nearby Battery Atlanta multi-purpose development. Coca-Cola will also be granted naming rights to the Roxy Theatre when the music venue re-opens at Battery Atlanta.
In addition, the company will receive in-park activation at the Red Porch seating area inside the Braves’ current ballpark, Turner Field. Supporters sitting in the area will receive a complimentary Coca-Cola drink with their ticket. A large Coca-Cola sign will also be displayed above the Red Porch during Braves home games.
The company will host three promotional nights a season at SunTrust Park, which is scheduled to open in time for the start of the 2017 MLB season. Coca-Cola has been a partner of the Braves since the franchise moved to Atlanta in 1966.
