Insurance company Asteron Life has expanded its partnership with the Australian Rugby Union to include support of a new community coaching programme.
Asteron Life will support the launch of the Community Coach of the Year programme, which will celebrate the work carried out by community rugby union coaches across Australia.
The company will also become sponsor of the coaching arm of the ARU’s community programme. Under this agreement, branded Asteron Life videos will feature on the ARU’s various digital platforms.
In addition, Asteron Life will also host a series of coaching clinics across Australia.
The deal is an expansion of Asteron Life’s existing agreement with the ARU, under which the company serves as the title sponsor of the Australian Super Rugby division of the Super Rugby southern hemisphere rugby union club competition.
