Dutch Eredivisie football club Heracles Almelo has extended its partnership with its main sponsor, cleaning services company Asito, with the new deal to grant the firm branding rights to the team’s stadium.
The new 10-year deal will run until July 1, 2029. Asito, whose branding already features on the front of the club’s shirts, will take on naming rights to the Polman Stadion this summer.
The new name of the 13,500-seat stadium will be announced on July 1, Heracles confirmed.
It is hoped the long-term partnership will enable the club and the stadium to become central parts of the local community.
Asito commercial director Remko Stolk said: “Asito considers it important to make social impact and seizes this unique collaboration to be able to do this in even more areas. Together we already do many great social projects. We will further expand this position in the coming years. “
