Aruba backs Ducati’s World Superbikes team

Web hosting and cloud services company Aruba has agreed a three-year title sponsorship deal with the factory team of Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati in the Superbike World Championship.

Effective from the 2015 season, the partnership also grants Aruba control of selected organisational aspects of the Ducati team including communication and marketing activities.

Ducati and Aruba will continue the team’s collaboration with Feel Racing on technical and logistical operations.

Claudio Domenicali, chief executive of Ducati Motor Holding, said: “It's with great pleasure that we can announce this important agreement with Aruba that guarantees a solid work platform for Ducati in the Superbike World Championship over the next three years.

“With its 14 riders' titles and 17 manufacturers' titles, Ducati has an extraordinary history of successes and victories in the Superbike World Championship and, with this agreement, we think that we have laid the foundations from which to build on this unique record of achievement.”

Britain’s Chaz Davies and Italy’s Davide Giugliano will continue as the team’s official riders for the second consecutive year.
