Antler commits to Essendon rebuilding project

AFL Australian rules football club Essendon has been boosted by the news that long-term commercial partner Antler Luggage has extended its association into 2015.

The agreement comes as Essendon continues to rebuild, having spent last year at the centre of a highly damaging doping scandal.

Antler has partnered with the club since 2004 and next year’s premium partnership will involve it becoming the official travel partner of Essendon.

Antler is supporting the club’s current trip to India, featuring young players Dyson Heppell, David Zaharakis, Joe Daniher and Zach Merrett.

In addition, Antler will again be prominent on the Essendon media polo in 2015, along with the club's media backdrop.

Antler Luggage managing director Sonney Roth said: “Antler and Essendon has been working closely for a long period of time and we know that the club needs our support now more than ever. We would like to see all members, supporters and the football public get behind the club and players after what has been a difficult period.

“Essendon is a very proud club with a long history and heritage. We look forward to greater success in 2015 and hope Antler Luggage can be a part of this to contribute in helping get the club back on track to focus on playing a good brand of football moving forward.”
