German Basketball Bundesliga team Alba Berlin has reached a deal to make life insurance company LV 1871 an official sponsor.
The long-term agreement is for an initial run of three years from the current 2014-15 season through until the 2016-17 campaign.
Disability and life insurance specialist LV 1871 is placed on the second tier of Alba Berlin’s commercial roster, which features the team’s kit provider Adidas.
Alba Berlin is currently top of the Basketball Bundesliga standings after 22 games of the 2014-15 regular season.
