Pharmaceutical company Actavis has sealed a sponsorship agreement with the European Handball Federation for its 2014 European Championships.
Under the deal, which was brokered by the Infront Sports & Media agency, the Dublin-based firm will enjoy the designation of official partner to the Men’s and Women’s EHF Euro 2014.
Actavis is set to benefit from extensive media exposure through advertising space on courtside LED boards, static boards and floor advertising, along with promotional and activation rights and hospitality opportunities.
The Men’s EHF Euro 2014 will take place in Denmark from January 12-16, with the women’s event staged in Hungary and Croatia from December 7-21 next year.
The European Championships are the EHF’s flagship national team competition.
