Danish Superliga football club Aalborg has agreed a five-year sponsorship extension with banking group and main commercial partner Spar Nord.
Under the deal, the financial terms of which were not disclosed, Spar Nord retains the front-of-shirt branding space on the reigning Superliga champion’s first-team kits.
Aalborg also won the Danish Cup last season and Spar Nord was active around its double celebrations.
The club’s sales manager Preben Hansen said the renewed partnership “contains a number of commercial benefits for both parties”.
Spar Nord has partnered Aalborg since 2005 and the new contract will extend this association until July 2019.
