Wyndham and FedEx raise PGA Tour’s prize money game

Major increases in PGA Tour prize money next year will be part-funded by increased rights fees from the sponsors most associated with the regular-season and post-season finales.

Hotel and resort brand Wyndham, title sponsor of the regular-season-ending Wyndham Championship, and logistics company FedEx, title sponsor of the FedExCup series, will together contribute between $15m (€13.2m) and $20m to additional prize money next year.
