PaddyPower stunt lands Danish forward in hot water with UEFA

AS NICKLAS BENDTNER headed home from the Euros following Denmark's defeat to Germany he had more to contemplate than most of his teammates. The former Arsenal player was charged by UEFA with improper conduct following a goal celebration in an earlier match against Portugal which saw him drop his shorts to reveal the logo of betting company Paddy Power. The incident came during Denmark's 3-2 Euro 2012 defeat to Portugal on Wednesday where Bendtner flashed the waistband of his underwear displaying a Paddy Power logo to television cameras.
