MINI and PUMA: partnership of the decade, but which one?

THE FUTURE OF x-branding or a tie-up too far? That was the question on analysts lips at the announcement that sports apparel and lifestyle brand Puma has signed a multi-year licensing partnership with the car brand Mini. The deal comes on the back of a partnership announced early in 2012 between PUMA and Mini owner BMW and specifically its motorsport unit.
